YOGA AND ROCK CLIMBING
First Ave Rocks offers us our Yoga Studio a wonderful place to practice yoga. We are lucky to have this synergy.
We believe Yoga and climbing are complementary to one another. Both teach (and require) mastery of body and mind.
Climbers who practice yoga on a consistent basis have experienced the following benefits:
